This Privacy Policy describes how Financial Planner AI, LLC ("FPAI," "we," "us," or "our") collects and uses information through the Insurance Planner AI Professional™ website, including demo requests, contact forms, scheduling tools, and related enterprise marketing activities.

Important Clarification: This Privacy Policy does not govern customer data processed within the Insurance Planner AI Professional platform under an executed enterprise agreement. Platform data processing is addressed separately through contractual terms, data processing addenda, and security documentation.

5. Platform Data Processing — Important Distinction

This website does not collect or process life insurance policy illustrations, client documents, or policy analysis data.

Such data is processed only within the Insurance Planner AI Professional platform and is subject to:

  • Executed enterprise agreements (MSA, SOW, or evaluation agreements)
  • Applicable data processing addenda
  • Security and compliance documentation
  • Zero-Knowledge architecture controls (PII designed to be removed client-side before transmission)

6. Data Sharing

We may share website data in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service Providers: Trusted vendors who assist with website hosting, scheduling, communications, analytics, and security — subject to contractual restrictions.

  • Business Protection: To protect the rights, property, or safety of FPAI, our users, or others; to enforce our terms; or to investigate potential violations.
  • Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, where personal information may be transferred to the successor entity.
