This Privacy Policy describes how Financial Planner AI, LLC ("FPAI," "we," "us," or "our") collects and uses information through the Insurance Planner AI Professional website, including demo requests, contact forms, scheduling tools, and related enterprise marketing activities.

Important Clarification: This Privacy Policy does not govern data processed within the Insurance Planner AI Professional platform under an executed Enterprise Pilot Agreement, Master Services Agreement, Order Form, or similar written agreement (each, an "Enterprise Agreement"). Platform data processing is addressed separately through the applicable Enterprise Agreement, including its security, data protection, and AI governance provisions.

• Information submitted through demo requests, contact forms, or scheduling tools

We do not deploy:

5. Platform Data Processing

This website does not collect or process life insurance policy illustrations, client documents, or policy analysis data.

Such data is processed only within the Insurance Planner AI Professional platform. The Platform operates a client-side redaction architecture for uploaded policy illustrations, removing personally identifiable information in the user's browser prior to transmission to FPAI systems.

All platform data processing, security controls, AI governance, sub-processor management, incident notification, and data retention are governed by the applicable Enterprise Agreement and its associated security and governance provisions. 6. Data Sharing

We may share website data in the following limited circumstances:

• Service Providers: Trusted vendors who assist with website hosting, scheduling, communications, analytics, and security — subject to contractual restrictions.
• Legal Requirements: When required by law, subpoena, court order, or governmental request.
• Business Protection: To protect the rights, property, or safety of FPAI, our users, or others; to enforce our terms; or to investigate potential violations.
• Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, where personal information may be transferred to the successor entity.

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.

7. Data Retention

Data may be retained longer if required by law, necessary to resolve disputes, or needed to enforce agreements. For platform data retention, see the applicable Enterprise Agreement.

8. Data Security

We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of website data collected, including HTTPS/TLS encryption, access controls, secure hosting infrastructure, and regular security monitoring.

This website does not store or process policy illustrations, personal health information, or Social Security numbers. Such data is processed only within the Platform under separate security controls governed by the applicable Enterprise Agreement.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data, and the right to opt out of marketing communications.
